The high-quality fiber blend of fine wool yarns like mohair and alpaca, cotton, and viscose makes this fabric a cozy companion for cold days and is perfect for jackets and skirts, as well as unique scarves, sweaters, or ponchos! The color AMETHYST LILAC is a color scheme of cool shades of purple, black, and white and is wonderfully versatile! Matching our cuddly Boucle @adinskausminks has the "cuddly Klara" from @echtknorke in the color AMETHYST LILAC sewn! Her sweater turned out classy and timeless, and she even added a matching bag! From the "Stash Pocket Tote" pattern by @Matchy Matchy Sewing Club and fabric scraps from our new Bouclé, our Washwool, and Tweed&Silk, she conjured up a color-coordinated patchwork-style bag!
Ines wanted to sew a matching top to go with her "Malene" pants made from our Tencel flannel, so she chose our bouclé in AMETHYST LILAC. Pattern #113 from Burda 11/2022 is a classic sweater with a turtleneck collar, and the faux plain weave adds a special touch to this sewing example! Since the pattern is designed for jersey fabric, the collar had to be made a bit wider.
