General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
On this basis, we are pleased to process your order. Lawyers call this “General Terms and Conditions” (GTC). We cannot avoid legal terminology here. The following forms the basis of our legal relationship:
I. Contact Information, Applicable Law, Online Dispute Resolution, and Scope
Introduction: These GTC apply to Wilhelm Zuleeg GmbH, Orter Ringweg 19, 95233 Helmbrechts, Germany. Please address inquiries, complaints, or suggestions to this address. Our full company information can be found in the imprint (“Impressum”).
Contracts are concluded when each party clearly expresses their intent. In contractual relationships, certain matters always require discussion, including the necessity for us to know our customers’ contact details in case we need to communicate with them. Legally significant statements (e.g., shipping confirmations) may be sent electronically (as legally defined, in “text form”) to the last email address provided by you. This address is either collected during a current order or provided when creating a customer account. You are responsible for providing complete contact details, especially your email address, and for informing us of any changes during an ongoing order immediately.
Choice of Law: We want to establish clarity regarding the applicable law in our contractual relationships. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. This is the sole legal system governing contracts made through this shop or via our website. The application of the UN Sales Convention (CISG) is excluded. Any contradictory terms proposed by customers are hereby rejected.

Business Customers: These GTC do not apply to business customers as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We reserve the right to establish separate terms for such contractual relationships.
II. Offers and Conclusion of Contracts
Products displayed in our online shop are non-binding offers, similar to a catalog. Each displayed product is an image from our online catalog and does not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude a contract.
Legally, our webshop products invite customers to make an offer to purchase a product.
Ordering Process:
Select the desired products.
Add selected products to your shopping cart.
Complete your order by clicking the “Order” button in the electronic ordering process. By doing so, you make a legally binding offer to us, including quantity and price of the selected products.
Orders are processed solely based on our GTC. You will receive an order confirmation electronically shortly after your order is received. If any restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you electronically.
When the goods are ready for dispatch, a shipping confirmation is sent electronically, which simultaneously constitutes our acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded in the form and content described in the shipping confirmation.
Partial shipments may occur. Shipping confirmations for partial deliveries do not invalidate your remaining offer, unless you withdraw it immediately in writing or in text form. Acceptance of any remaining order will follow the same procedure as outlined above.
III. Contract Content: Prices, Product Sizes, Delivery Quantities, and Shipping
Prices: Prices in our webshop are directed at consumers and include all applicable taxes in Germany, including VAT. Additional costs may include:
Packaging costs: Charged separately if based on special shipping requests or non-standard packaging, including international deliveries.
Shipping costs: Additional to product price, detailed in the “Packaging & Shipping” section.
Other additional costs: Clearly indicated during the ordering process.

Bank transfer (prepayment) — refunded promptly if delivery is not possible
Invoice (14 days for registered customers via login area)
Textiles: Sold by the meter. Standard packaging is delivery in continuous length, minimum 0.5 m per order. Exceeding standard packaging quantities may incur additional costs. Large orders are delivered as rolls, with additional packaging and shipping fees.
IV. Sample Orders
Samples are available on request via email. Sample orders for up to five items within a paid order are shipped free of charge.
If samples are ordered separately, a handling fee of €3.00 applies, which will be issued as a non-cash voucher applicable to any paid order placed within six months of the sample order.
V. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
Withdrawal Period: Fourteen days from:
a) the day you or a third party other than the carrier takes possession of the goods, or
b) the day the last item in multiple deliveries is received.
Exercising the Right: Inform Wilhelm Zuleeg GmbH, Orter Ringweg 19, 95233 Helmbrechts, Germany, via an unambiguous declaration (letter, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw. The attached model withdrawal form may be used but is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal: We will refund all payments including standard shipping costs within 14 days. You bear additional costs only if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold refunds until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
Return of Goods: Return goods immediately, no later than 14 days from notification. Direct return costs outside Germany are borne by the customer. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the condition and functionality of the goods.
Exclusions: Withdrawal rights do not apply to:
Customized or personal products
Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene if seal removed
Goods inseparably mixed with other items
Immediate repair or maintenance services requested by the consumer
VI. Product Presentation and Warranty
We strive to represent products accurately online. Minor deviations in color or texture may occur; these are not binding. Use sample orders for evaluation.
Warranty: Governed by statutory provisions. For used goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is one year. No warranty applies to used goods sold to non-consumers.
VII. Retention of Title
We retain ownership of delivered goods until full payment is received. You must handle goods carefully and notify us immediately if third parties seize or interfere with the goods. You are responsible for any loss if third parties cannot reimburse us for legal costs. You must inform us of any processing or resale of goods prior to ownership transfer.

. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement before a consumer arbitration board.
