How can I check my order status?
You will be informed by e-mail about every step from the packaging of your ordered goods, about the preparation for shipping and the upcoming delivery. If you want to take a look at your order, simply log into your customer account. To do this, click on the shopping cart and follow the instructions there.
Where are the Zuleeg fabrics designed and produced?
All fabrics are 100% designed and manufactured at our company location in Helmbrechts/Ort. Our fabrics are also finished and tested in Germany, within a 10km radius of our company location.
Where do the raw materials for the fabrics come from?
Our raw materials are sourced very carefully and under the highest quality standards. They come almost exclusively from Europe.
Are the fabrics mulesing free?
As a company that produces purely in Germany, Wilhelm Zuleeg GmbH is also committed to its responsibility for environmentally conscious and social management in its supply chain. Animal welfare is very important to us and we are expressly opposed to any form of animal abuse or disregard for animal welfare. In particular, we consider mulesing without anesthetic to be cruelty to animals and are expressly opposed to it, knowing full well that without mulesing, the infestation with fly maggots would cause the sheep to die in agony. There are already alternatives - the so-called "pain relief procedure", in which the procedure is carried out under anesthesia by a certified expert. The best way, however - to get by without mulesing at all - must be the destination and we expressly call on the relevant authorities in Australia to find alternatives as quickly as possible. We offer alternatives to our customers who purchase wool fabrics from us, but it is up to the respective brands to decide for themselves, since mulesing-free wool currently costs a little more.
How are our Zuleeg fabrics packed?
This always depends on the quantity ordered, so small quantities (depending on the quality of the fabric) are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and packed in an outer box so that they arrive at your home in the best quality. Larger quantities such as rolls or duplicated goods are packed in foil and shipped.
Can I order fabric samples?
You are welcome to tell us your desired sample at any time via the sample order link (see the bottom of the website). Send an email to info@zuleeg.de with your wishes. Please note that we send a maximum of 5 fabric samples.
