Shipping
Your package is usually ready for shipping within 2-3 days. During promotional periods, there may be delays. Our team does its best every day to ship your order as quickly as possible to provide you with the best possible service.

Your fabric order will be delivered quickly and securely with DHL. We ship to the following countries under the following conditions:

For the sake of the environment
We package your ordered fabrics sustainably and plastic-free and use as little packaging material as necessary to keep the ecological footprint of online fabric purchases as small as possible.
Shipping status and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping notification with tracking information or a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Of course, you are also welcome to contact us if you have any questions about your order or if your shipping country is not listed here.
Order fabric samples
Please note that we cannot provide online tracking for your ordered fabric samples, as these are sent as letters with Deutsche Post.
Would you like to order fabric samples from outside the EU? Then please use our product "Sample Order"!
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Zuleeg fabric, please contact us within 14 days to cancel the purchase contract. More information in our Terms and Conditions
Possible customs fees
Please note that for international deliveries, additional customs fees, taxes or other import duties may apply depending on the destination country. We have no influence on these fees, as they are levied by the relevant authorities. Any costs incurred must be borne by the recipient.
