Shipment
Your package will usually be ready for shipment within 2-3 days. Delays may occur during promotional periods. Our team works hard every day to ship your order as quickly as possible to provide you with the best possible service.

We pack your ordered fabrics sustainable and plastic-free and use as little packaging material as necessary to keep the ecological footprint of online fabric purchases as small as possible.
Shipping status and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an automatic shipping notification with tracking information or a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Of course, you're also welcome to contact us if you have any questions about your order or if your shipping country isn't listed here.
Order fabric samples
Please note that we cannot provide online tracking for your ordered fabric samples , as they are sent as a letter via Deutsche Post.
Return conditions
If you are not satisfied with your Zuleeg fabric, please contact us within 14 days to cancel the purchase contract. Learn more in our Terms and Conditions
