A top-class sewing event with the nähPark in June 2024

Sewing at the source of the fabric with Franconian flair and technical highlights

On the last weekend in June, our cozy event hall and our company premises were transformed into a true paradise for sewing fans and fabric lovers .

The unique sewing weekend with the nähPark Diermeier attracted numerous participants who enjoyed creative inspiration, brand-new high-tech sewing machines, offline shopping for sustainable and high-quality fabrics, and genuine Franconian hospitality.

A Franconian all-round pampering program

This unique event offered the nearly 100 participants far more than just the opportunity to pursue their favorite hobby, sewing. Amidst our renowned Franconian atmosphere, the 20 Ratterers were able to fully concentrate on sewing the entire weekend, while on Saturday, many interested hobby sewers mingled with them, using their day-long chat ticket to exchange ideas with many like-minded sewing enthusiasts.

Technical service from nähPark as a highlight

A special highlight of the weekend was the exclusive technical service from the renowned nähPark . All participants had the unique opportunity to try out state-of-the-art, high-quality sewing machines, overlockers, cover stitchers, and embroidery machines.

First-hand expert knowledge

Petra, who knows every sewing machine at nähPark Diermeier down to the smallest detail, and Tanja, the familiar face from the professional @naehratgeber , were on hand from Friday to Sunday to introduce the sewing-savvy participants to the latest sewing and embroidery machines. They also shared numerous tips and tricks on sewing and demonstrated how to optimally operate and maintain the machines.

Diverse experiences

The event offered participants a variety of experiences:

State-of-the-art high-tech machines : The latest models of sewing machines, overlockers, cover/embroidery machines could be tested and their versatile functions discovered.
Professional guidance : Petra and Tanja shared their extensive knowledge and provided support and advice.
Company presentation and weaving mill tour : All participants were able to experience first-hand how our high-quality fabrics 'Made in Germany' are created
Sewing community and exchange : The sewing fans had the opportunity to meet like-minded people, exchange ideas about the most beautiful hobby in the world and inspire each other The European Championship also got us creative this weekend, and Sigrid made a necklace with the German flag!

This fantastic sewing weekend in Ort near Helmbrechts offered a perfect opportunity to share sewing ideas in a relaxed and inspiring environment. Experienced sewists and beginners alike were able to let their creativity run wild!

We and the nähPark were a great team. We loved the idea and the event centered around sewing and the right fabric, and we definitely want to do it again!

With this successful sewing weekend, we once again demonstrated that the Zuleeg weaving mill, fabric manufacturer, and fabric retailer in this small, idyllic village has become an important meeting place for sewing enthusiasts. Participants from near and far are already looking forward to two more sewing events this year, which will once again combine creativity, high-quality sewing fabrics, and Franconian hospitality. And of course, the many delicious homemade cakes at this overwhelming sewing get-together also deserve a photo! 🍰
