We provide you with a spacious sewing station for your machines in our cozy event hall, and of course, you can use our professional ironing station. Our sewing guide Ines will be at your side with expert tips and tricks, and for fabric replenishment, exclusive shopping in the fabric warehouse of the Zuleeg company with professional advice is of course possible.

On Friday afternoon at 2 PM, we start with our obligatory welcome coffee with a homemade cake buffet, where we will also enjoy a glass of sparkling wine to kick things off. The other meals will be organized here on-site so that you can fully concentrate on your sewing project.
As you can see, everything is organized for lots of fun, and there's also a great opportunity to make new friends.

Only your journey and accommodations (with breakfast) must be booked by you in advance. We recommend our wonderful hotel Villa Weiss in Helmbrechts, which is approx. 4km from your sewing station. You will be delighted by the tastefully furnished rooms and the delicious and abundant breakfast buffet. We are pleased that our participants, when referring to the Zuleegcamp, will again be offered discounted rates. Your personal ticket for €295 includes:
- our all-round pampering program, meaning your complete catering from the welcome coffee on November 20th up to and including the lunch on November 22nd, 2026, all drinks included - exception: your breakfast, which you should book with your accommodation

By purchasing your ticket and upon receipt of payment, you are making a binding commitment to the event!
Please understand that it is not possible to cancel the ticket free of charge!
For cancellations up to 5 days before the event, the cancellation costs are 50% of the ticket price; for 4-0 days, it is 80%.
If we find a replacement for your spot - you are, of course, welcome to suggest someone - then a processing fee of €25 will apply instead of the cancellation costs.
The transfer of your personal ticket is only possible in consultation with us.
You must cancel your accommodation separately, according to the conditions booked there.
Of course, we hope this will not be necessary and that we can welcome you here to enjoy a wonderful long sewing weekend together.

How do you cut fabric by the yard?
We cut every order continuously from the roll – so for 3 meters, you will receive one continuous piece across the full fabric width. Cuts are available from 0.5 meters in half-meter increments.
How long do shipping and delivery take?
Stock items leave our premises in 1–2 business days, so you'll usually receive them within 2–3 days within Germany. We offer free shipping for orders over €75; collection in Helmbrechts is also possible after ordering.
Can I evaluate a fabric in advance?
Yes – through our fabric sample order service, we send you sample pieces of your desired qualities. This way, you can check the color, feel, and weight at your leisure before ordering yardage.
Do you advise me on fabric selection?
Gladly. Our team in Helmbrechts knows every warp and weft and can help with questions about fabric consumption, processing, and the combination of outer and lining fabrics — by phone at 09252 7020 or by email at info@zuleeg.de.
What makes your fabrics sustainable?
We weave in Germany, work with GOTS-certified Organicz® qualities and exclusively mulesing-free wool. You can find more details in our sustainability report.
How do returns and cancellations work?
You can return uncut, unused goods within 14 days. For cut-to-size fabrics, please contact us briefly beforehand - we will find a solution together.
